Day 5 - Up in the air from Surat Thani to Bangkok, then onto Chonburi by bus for game 2 at Suzuki Stadium



After a good performance against Surat Thani, the team board the 1hr flight to Bangkok before transferring to Chonburi to relax prior to game two in Sriratcha. Coach Weiler waves to the media as he boards the plane assist by Coach Klein who calmy chews his straw to calm his nerves.




The girls in a good mood at take off!


Coach Weiler looks at alternative ways to pick up his first victory in Thailand in the luggage trolley racing championships v. Sarah Rounds. Rounds won comfortably as Weiler fell at the first hurdle...



Staff and players leave "The Tide Resort" in Chonburi.


The girls are welcomed at the fantastic new Suzuki Stadium in the neighbouring town on Sriratcha where they play tonight.

Concordia take an early 1-0 lead through Sarah Rounds.


Chonburi score two quick goals, then add a third 20 minutes later to take a 3-1 lead.


Haley makes it 3-2 with a good finish from a well worked corner.


Chonburi score a well worked fourth, 4-2 now...



Jamie heads home from a corner to bring it back to 4-3!



Concordia nearly equalise in the final minutes but Chonburi win 4-3 - a great game!




Post game dinner after a long day and another good performance on foreign soil by the girls.
