After an early morning check out in Chonburi, Concordia head east to Poipet, one of the Cambodian/Thailand border crossing which has an extensive "no mans land area" between the two countries and several check points as the group leave Thailand and enter Cambodia, one of the poorest countries in the world.

After checking into the hotel in Battambang, the group visit SALT Academy where they learn about the process for saving girls from Human Trafficking in SE Asia and beyond, and how the charity uses football to help them regain their self esteem and confidence. They also visit the industries where they are offered employment adfter training such as the local hair salon, dress makers and football school.
The girls have a giggle with the Cambodian girls en route to football practice.

After a long trip from Thailand, the border crossing and football pratice and dinner, Cambodian and American girls alike are tired and ready for bed in preparation for their Futsal tournament and sightseeing tomorrow.
